Waterford people from around the world will gather for the city’s biggest party in 2013 when Spraoi International Street Arts Festival celebrates its 21st Birthday. For three days and nights the city streets will teem with people enjoying free music, spectacle, street theatre and the magnificant Spraoi Parade. It’s going to be a Gathering, it’s going to be a Birthday, it’s going to be a Festival, it’s going to be even more enjoyable with YOU! Even if you’re not from Waterford you can be on Spraoi Weekend, August 2, 3 & 4 2013.
